Your arrival & departure!
The lodges are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival!
If your booked lodge is available earlier, you can of course move into it as soon as you arrive.
You can park free of charge on the parking deck and directly to the right and left of the hotel.
If you arrive by train, we will be happy to send you an taxi (ca. € 15,-- per way).
You will find the ski room and bike room to the right of the entrance with direct access from outside. You are not allowed to enter our hotel in ski boots, from the ski room you will find a connecting door directly into the hotel to the lift.
The reception is manned from 8 am. If there is no one at reception or in the office, please contact our team at Cafe Schiller.
We kindly ask you to settle the bill the day before your departure at our reception during 8-12 am in cash or by credit/debit card.
On the day of departure, please leave the lodge by 10 am and return the key cards to reception.
What you should definitely bring with you on your vacation
- for the Panorama Spa area: swimwear, slippers, bathrobe, bath towel or sauna towel
- hairdryer
- and lots of good humor...
BUS PLAN
The bus stop is located after our parking deck, on the straight part of the street, after the mirror, about 200 meters from the hotel. The bus stop is called Graukogel lift. If you want to go to the Stubnerkogel valley station, please use the exit Bad Gastein Bahnhof. Thank you very much.
Panorama Spa
The Panorama Spa indoor pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for your wellness break. You will find the indoor pool in the basement, on the right-hand side.
The sauna and infrared cabin are open from 4 - 8 pm in the winter (summer you will get the coins by the reception or in our Cafe)
prevent unnecessary energy waste, we ask in the summer vacation
to make a short reservation at reception (1 hour before desired use),
We will be happy to heat the sauna individually for you. Thank you for your understanding in terms of our climate.
Children's playroom
You will find the children's playroom on the same floor as the indoor pool, to the exit to the garden - on the right-hand side. There is also a table football table for older children in the corridor in front of it. Please note that parents are responsible for their children and that there are toys for young and old. Therefore, please be careful with small children, because of parts to swallow.
Cafe Schiller
Our CAFE SCHILLER is open up 21.06.2024 from Wednesday - Sunday 12-20 o clock.
Enjoy homemade cakes or tasty pizzas & baguettes from our own stone oven.
We also highly recommend our "Da' Salzburger" brand coffee from a roasting house in Saalfelden.
Our daily fresh pastries, made from local grain, which you can order, are also highly recommended.
As we have to order the pastries fresh from the bakery, please place your order until 12 o' clock the day before.
For more relaxation on vacation, you are welcome to book a regional breakfast buffet from 8 to 10 am.
Please note that a reservation by email is absolutely necessary before arrival, as we only have a limited number of seats.

When it is time to say "Good bye"
On the DAY OF DEPARTURE we ask you to leave the lodges by 10 am.
We kindly ask you to take the garbage to the garbage cans at the house on the left, at the bend on the right to the brown huts and turn on the dishwasher.
To avoid unnecessary stress on the day of departure at our reception during 8-12 am, you are welcome to pay your bill the day before. We offer the following payment options: Cash, EC card, Visa or Master/Eurocard.
